The best thing about Halloween is having Halloween parties. I host a party at my place every year – this year the theme is “Crime Scene Investigation”. We’re placing all the food on an autopsy table and playing a murder mystery game.
The best thing about Halloween is all the cool stuff you can buy!! When else can you go to any store and find rows and rows of skulls, spiders, witches and all at super low prices? I wait for Halloween every year to see what new clothing and housewares I’ll be buying!
So true – it’s not quite so popular here in NZ, but stores are starting to get more into the spirit and stocking up on skulls and ghosties – all for the good of us gothy types

For me, I love how on Halloween, all the bookstores have sales on ghost stories and horror books.
